Once you download the templates in .zip, pleasemake a back up copy! Save them to a CD or floppy disk and put into safe keeping. Then once you have chosen the theme you wish to use for your stationery, edit to change the details to your own, including name, address and contact details. Print it out and check for any errors. When you are happy that you've got everything correct, go to: File/Save As/ and click on the drop down box, which is named "Save as type" and find Document Template (.dot) and save it in the Templates folder as "invoice.dot" - don't use the "". -
To open your template/s to use go to: File/New and locate the template. Then start typing, and once finished, Print straight from your document.

Yes, you can create your stationery and print it out for ready to use in your printer, and using a blank document to start with. However, with the Invoice, you will need to use it as a New document template ensuring you increment the Invoice Numbers with each one you prepare.

NO! We have not used Macros or Visual Basics in our templates.

You have a 48 hour grace period to download the templates from time of payment should you need to download the templates again. After the 48 hours has expired, we cannot provide you with another free download. We make it quite clear that you MUST make a back up copy of the templates, for those "just in case" moments that you find you need to start from scratch again. This is also noted in the "Readme" file enclosed with the documents.
-
Once you have downloaded the templates, there are absolutely NO refunds. We have provided the documents in ready to use format, and with no known faults. We have had individuals and businesses from all over the world purchase the template packs in the 2 different paper sizes, and we have not had one person contact us saying they received faulty or unusable templates. If you have purchased the wrong template pack, unfortunately we cannot provide another pack of your choice for free or as a replacement. Also note, that if you have a problem downloading the template, email us immediately, and we will email you the template. Therefore please read carefully what you will be getting before purchasing to avoid any issues later on. Please also note that as we use PayPal payment processer and Payloadz as our download manager, so a record of transaction and download is recorded by both parties.

This is due to some of the templates having editable content inside the and Footer' areas for adding your details. To edit inside these areas, go to: View/Header and Footer.

These template packs are 'Single User Licences'. You may only use them on one computer for YOUR business! They cannot be resold, added to any online collection, CD, passed on to others for a fee, or claimed as your own works.

We suggest buying good quality stationery paper from your local stationery store or outlet. Using parchment, linen or textured paper will make your stationery look like it was printed by a commercial printer.
- We suggest using a good quality colour printer. For your stationery like letterhead, fax cover sheet and invoice, use the settings as suggested in the Print Properties relating to the paper you are using. With the business card, if you are using Gloss Print Card, or Stock Card perforated 10 to a sheet, please also check your Printer settings for the paper/card type you are using.
